ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Prepare financial statements by set deadline by reconciling balance sheet general ledger accounts to month end reports including cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, inventory, fixed assets, accounts payable, accrued expenses, notes payable
• Post standard, monthly and closing journal entries
• Communicate with location managers via phone and email concerning financial statement information
• Prepare year end audit reports for external auditors
• Other data analysis and financial projects as arise
