A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale customer success operations across its software division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Customer Success team while setting clear goals and accountability
Define and refine a comprehensive customer success framework across all software business units
Develop and report on customer health metrics and retention KPIs to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is required; Master's preferred
10+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with CRM software and data management tools
People manager experience required
