The Events Coordinator is at the forefront of guest service, responsible for ensuring seamless preparation, execution, and follow-up of events.
With constant client interaction you will work with the property’s departments to direct the event from set up through breakdown. You will be responsible for all operational and logistical details including but not limited to document preparation and contract distribution through prompt email communication and use of our digital event platforms, ensuring the staff on duty is fully versed in all details through weekly team meetings and lead up finalizations, personally welcoming event hosts and facilitating introductions with members of the on-site team, monitoring event flow, reviewing feedback and completing reports.
The ideal candidate maintains on-site leadership and direction, has strong interpersonal skills giving the ability to work with diverse teams and clients. This position requires flexibility- able to be adaptable to changing priorities and filter requests in real time. It is required that your personal daily mission goal aligns with ours as a group- to work with the team through clear and constant communication and achieve full guest satisfaction through outstanding service and team innovation.
