Accountabilities :

• Conduct live and virtual customer presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to federal and DoD requirements.
• Implement and manage proof-of-concepts (POCs) from initiation to technical closure.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support, including solution architecture guidance and technical expertise.
• Partner with sales and product teams to secure new business and provide feedback on customer needs.
• Support lead generation activities such as webinars, events, and user groups.
• Deploy and integrate software solutions into complex federal IT environments.
