We offer both field and office experience depending on the project. Our internships are with the goal to evaluate the candidates potential as a possible future, full-time employee. We offer internships and opportunity to receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments using the technical skills acquired in college. Each intern will be assigned a mentor to help develop both technical and professional skills.

Internship Work Schedule :

Summer 2026 (May - August) Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm, plus overtime.

• Please note, schedule is subject to change and availability of intern. However, interns will most likely be expected to work Saturdays and long days / weeks (50-65 hours a week).

Position Description

The Construction Management and Civil Engineering Intern is responsible for assisting the Project Management, Field Supervision and / or Estimating departments on a construction project either at the project site or divisional office.

Working side by side with experienced Project Managers, Field Supervision, and / or Estimators provides an excellent environment for both academic and career growth.

The intern will be responsible for assisting project engineering, project accounting, and superintendent staff with daily duties including but not limited to : managing project document flow, taking progress photos of jobsite, submittal review and approval process, RFI process, change management process, and any other duties specific to each jobsite.

The intern should be proficient with Microsoft Office. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, ability to read construction drawings are essential. Dependable transportation is required.
