General Liability Associate Attorney

Location : New York City | Hybrid Schedule

Salary : $125,000 - $225,000 (based on experience)

About the Role :

A well-established litigation defense firm is looking for a General Liability Associate to join its New York City office . This position offers very flexible hybrid schedules and the opportunity to handle high-value general liability cases while working alongside experienced litigators.

What You'll Do :

• Take ownership of a caseload, handling general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and insurance defense cases.
• Appear in court, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and draft motions.
• Work directly with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to case resolution strategies, including negotiations and settlements.
• Trial experience may be possible if desired
