Virtual Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Position

Salary : $115,000–$120,000

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

We’re seeking LCSWs to work remotely with clients across California. Your work will center on improving client wellbeing through therapy, resource navigation, and ongoing emotional support, all delivered via telehealth.

Responsibilities :

Provide clinical therapy sessions virtually.
Develop and adjust treatment strategies.
Monitor client outcomes and document progress.
Educate clients on resources and coping techniques.
Contribute to team discussions and case reviews.

Requirements

Current LCSW license in California.

MSW from accredited school of social work.

At least 2 years of direct clinical experience.

Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
