Responsibilities :

• Start off by conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing treatment plans based on established best practices and solution-based interventions. You've got this!
• Utilize your expertise in administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, tailoring them to meet your clients' unique needs and preferences.
• Keep those accurate and timely clinical records in check, making sure you're in full compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations and standards.

Collaborate and work your magic with other members of our exceptional treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) in the state
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
• Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
