Our centers are open seven days a week, offering a range of services from injury treatment to wellness care, all in a welcoming walk-in environment.

Job Summary

As a Nurse Practitioner at Baptist Urgent Care, you will be at the forefront of patient care, providing exceptional medical services to individuals of all ages. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will diagnose, treat, and educate patients while ensuring the highest standards of care. Our full-time providers enjoy a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week , including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to :

• Delivering exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Providing friendly and convenient patient care to all who seek our services.
• Leading and assisting during emergencies, ensuring a comforting presence for patients.
• Performing medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups for various conditions.
• Conducting medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and more.
• Establishing and monitoring appropriate levels of care for clinic patients.
• Collaborating with Center Leadership to maintain operational consistency with medical policies.
• Participating in the development and presentation of educational programs for staff.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
