Safety Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for a Safety Professional to join a General Contractor specializing commercial and concrete construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about maintaining safe job sites and building long-term career growth within a strong, team-oriented company

Location : Dallas — must be open to traveling for out-of-town projects

Compensation : Competitive base salary + benefits (401K, health insurance, PTO)

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee and enforce all company and OSHA safety policies across job sites
• Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and daily jobsite audits
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure compliance with field crews and subcontractors
• Support teams during overnight concrete pours and Saturday shifts as needed
• Be available on-call for occasional weekend or night coverage when job schedules require
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and field staff to promote a proactive safety culture
