This role provides the opportunity to lead a team of financial analysts responsible for Earned Value Management to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.

In this role :

• You will lead effectively across all business functions ensuring that the F&BO team completes all necessary reporting requirements, while supporting all financial needs as it relates to the Strategic Infrastructure and Capabilities directorate leadership.
• You will review and coordinate Monthly Electronic Variance Reports (EVAR) Summary Reports as well as review monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reports with Resource Analysts prior to archiving.
• You will be responsible for coordination of monthly diagnostics, including taking corrective action.
• You will load and maintain budgets in EVM tool (Cobra) and claim performance Budget Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) monthly.
• You will utilize the EVM system to measure cost and schedule performance, as well as, prepare variance reports on a monthly basis.
• You will prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly, monthly and bi-monthly basis (as required).
• You will prepare yearly Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEACs).
• You will be responsible for the initial development and quarterly maintenance of the directorate sales planning.
• You will assist with proposals and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) for both labor and Non-Labor inputs.

Typical minimums to be successful will include a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college and 8-10 years of professional experience in a similar field.
