Senior Transportation Driver

We are immediately hiring a Senior Transportation Driver (Must be experienced with managing a fleet of tractor trailers) internally titled, Senior Logistics Manager in Braintree, MA for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

The Senior Transportation Manager oversees all transportation operations out of the Braintree, MA service center, serving as the primary point of contact for the client on transportation-related matters. This role includes full safety and P&L accountability, direct oversight of fleet equipment management, and leadership in developing a direct report. The manager ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency across the department.

The Senior Manager Logistics provides leadership for the Distribution Center and supervisors, who are directly responsible for turnkey warehousing and transportation solutions. The incumbent will have and maintain high level interface directly with the customer on a regular basis.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Salaried

Minimum Pay Range : 115000

Maximum Pay Range : 115000
