We’re now seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive this next chapter of growth.

The role :

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of product and solution marketing initiatives at Leapwork. This role will be responsible for building the messaging framework, driving sales and partner enablement and ensuring our products are effectively positioned and differentiated in the market. The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating across sales, product, marketing and partner teams to deliver impactful launches, content and go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and partner enablement by developing compelling product and solution content, playbooks and tools that support pipeline growth and deal acceleration
• Own the product and solution messaging framework, ensuring consistent positioning and value articulation across all go-to-market motions
• Build and execute launch plans for new products, features and solutions, aligning internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery
• Develop and maintain customer-facing content, including solution briefs, presentations, web copy and case studies
• Partner with demand generation to create assets and campaigns that highlight product positioning, differentiation and customer value
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop battle-cards to equip sales and partners with clear guidance on how to position Leapwork against alternatives
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams on segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies that maximize market impact
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence to inform product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution
• Establish integrated feedback loops across sales, marketing, product and partners to refine messaging, improve enablement, and capture customer insights
