Position Overview
Were hiring a full-time Palliative Care Physician to deliver high-touch, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs. This role focuses on advancing care planning, managing serious illness, and improving quality of life through home visits and tele-health. Required Qualifications
Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Skilled in advance care planning and goals-of-care conversations
Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed Medicaid, and commercial populations
Hospital privileges required; hospice connections are a plus
Proven expertise managing medication panels for medically complex patients
Active medical license in good standing, with no sanctions from Medicaid or Medicare
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting home-based and tele-health visits
Availability for a full-time, permanent position (Monday thru Friday only)
Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday no part-time, locum, or contract work
