Schedule : Monday-Friday (7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM)

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for status reports on open sales orders for customers and obtaining updated status as needed for open purchase orders with suppliers
• Expedite status of external and internal parts orders and purchase orders via communication with suppliers and inter-company operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
• Resolve delays, shortages, or issues with orders and expedite urgent requests
• Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and supplier agreements
• Source and procure aviation parts from domestic and international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet company needs
• Process purchase orders per company guidelines as support for senior buyers
