Our client, a new up and coming software development company, is looking for an HR Manager to join their SF office. This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 remote.
An ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will be working with head of business operations and will oversee / manage a small team comprised of IT, office coordinators, and recruiters.
Pay for this role is $80 HR
Please note that this is a six month contract role, Pay will be $80 / HR*
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all HR functions and positions : recruitment, onboarding, terminations, payroll, benefits, employees relations, and legal
- Identify HR compliance issues and propose solutions.
- Keep up with city, state and federal compliance and apply requirements on time.
- Writing competency : Ability to write and maintain internal policies, company handbook, offer letters, termination documentation.
- Perform internal HR investigation
- Preventative measures : anti harassment training
- Develop a pitch per position that recruiters would utilize.
- Train and bring the team to a level where they meet expectations.
- Assist managers of other teams of HR matters
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with 401k, EEOC,ACA, Overtime, SPSL, and Maternity leaves processes
- Experience using management software applications (typically HRIS related), manipulating data, running reports.
- Advanced experience with Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
