Job description

Senior Director Of Investor Relations

The Senior Director of Investor Relations serves as deputy and key delegate to VP, Investor Relations, and key member of the corporate executive team, supporting the development and execution of GE Vernova's global investor relations strategy. This role partners closely with the CFO, CEO, and VP, Investor Relations to communicate the company's financial performance, strategic direction, and long-term value creation story to the investment community. The Senior Director of Investor Relations combines deep market, business, and financial acumen with exceptional communication skills to shape market perception, drive investor confidence, and strengthen the company's position in capital markets. This role requires a highly strategic and commercially minded executive who can operate across the C-suite, external stakeholders (analysts / investors / ratings agencies), and internal finance, legal, communications, and sustainability partners to drive impactful decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressively senior experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or related capital markets roles within a publicly traded organization.
  • Proven track record of managing complex investor communications and senior executive engagement.
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, valuation methodologies, and capital markets dynamics.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, investor relevant messages.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence at the Board, C-suite, and external stakeholder level.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to develop talent and ensure cross-functional coordination.
  • Strategic thinker with high financial and analytical acumen, able to thrive in complex and fast-paced environments.
