A forward-thinking technical leader who combines strong data onboarding expertise with an API-first mindset and a passion for building scalable, cloud-based ecosystems. You're able to balance operational detail with strategic vision, enabling your team to deliver consistent, high-quality activation outcomes across an ever-evolving adtech landscape.
Lead and scale the Data Enablement functionowning the end-to-end process from partner intake and data mapping through delivery validation and performance optimization.
Architect and oversee onboarding workflows leveraging APIs and cloud-native tools to drive automation, reliability, and repeatability.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define feature requirements and feedback loops for configuration & troubleshooting tooling, KPI tracking, onboarding APIs, taxonomy services, and cloud strategy implementation.
Own SLA performance for high-priority client and partner deliveries, using data-driven metrics to monitor match rates, ingestion success, and delivery latency.
Mentor and develop team members, building a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Represent the Activation function in roadmap discussions and strategic initiatives, ensuring business alignment with TU's evolving data and identity ecosystem.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
