Litigation Attorney

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage a full caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Prepare for and appear in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to develop effective case strategies
• Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active member of the
• Arizona Bar
• 3–8 years of civil litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple cases
• Trial experience preferred but not required

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
