Role Description
The Senior Leader of Industry Value Engineering will be responsible for defining and driving the execution of our vertical sales strategy. This leader will establish the IVE function and build a team of industry value engineers. This leader will lead the team to build industry‑specific value models, crafting compelling narratives, and equipping our teams with the content, tools, and assets required to win. IVE ensures we speak the language of our customers’ industries, quantify business impact, and consistently position Equinix as the essential partner for digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Targeted Pay Range
United States – Dallas Infomart Office (DAI) : 384,000 – 576,000 USD / Annual
United States – Redwood City Office (GHQ) : 461,000 – 691,000 USD / Annual
Canada – Toronto Office (TRO) : 360,000 – 540,000 CAD / Annual
The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects on‑target earnings (OTE), which is base pay plus commissions, and does not include equity or benefits. Equity may be offered depending on the position.
