A company is looking for a Customer & Technical Support Consultant - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between customers and the laboratories, answering questions and resolving issues
Provide and clarify lab test results, and coordinate follow-up tests and sample pickups / deliveries
Manage customer inquiries through various communication methods while documenting solutions
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both French and English
Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting, or contact center environment
Possession of an associate's or bachelor's degree in a computer-related or scientific discipline is preferred
Strong computer and technical skills
Ability to maintain reliable attendance and work flexible hours
