Job description

Service Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Administrator to support service operations and project-based activities. This role is essential in managing intake requests, purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, and generating performance reports using ServiceMax. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational support, particularly within the medical device industry, and be comfortable working in a process-driven environment. This position also serves as a backup for intake operations, which may occasionally involve light physical work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake requests and ensure timely processing.
  • Oversee purchase order follow-up and intake processing.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and maintain data accuracy.
  • Generate reports for service performance tracking using ServiceMax.
  • Serve as a backup for intake operations with occasional light physical work.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years in service or operations support.
  • Strong experience with ServiceMax.
  • Proficiency in purchase order follow-up and intake processing.
  • Expertise in inventory reconciliation and data accuracy management.
  • Ability to generate reports for service performance tracking.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP / CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to medical device service environments.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance automation.
  • Knowledge of trunk stock reconciliation.
  • Experience with PM automation or digital field service tools.
  • Understanding of medical device service workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Work Environment

    The position is based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, following standard business hours. The setting is office-based with occasional light physical work during intake backup. This is a 15-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

    This is a contract to hire position based out of Weston, Florida.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.58 / hr.
