Your Role on the Team

The Manager of Field Operations reports directly to the Director of Field Operations and uses skills as a seasoned, experienced intercollegiate athletics professional with a full understanding of industry practices and campus policies and procedures to plan, administer and coordinate the daily operations for several events. Resolves a wide range of issues of diverse scope and complexity. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Must have experience managing full-time and part-time staff.The Manager of Field Operations should be experienced in game day management as it pertains to field operations care pre, during and post-game.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required :

• Experience managing infield skin in a warm climate
• Experience in game day management for a college or professional sports as it pertains to natural grass field care pre, during and post-game.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Problem-solving skills; multi-task, work with frequent interruptions, and effective listener.
• Thorough knowledge of program activity and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• 3-5 years Game day management for a college or professional sports team as it pertains to field care pre, during and post-game.
• 3-5 years student or staff management

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $58,000.00- $60,000.00 (Annual).
