Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points within the logistics and distribution environment. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or delivery personnel to provide assistance and information as needed. Document incidents, observations, and / or daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional - Unarmed Logistics Patrol
As a Security Professional - Unarmed Logistics Patrol in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
