Commercial Account Manager Position

Our client is a leading provider of personal commercial and group benefits lines of insurance that also offers employer-paid medical dental vision and 401k benefits. They are currently looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their dedicated team of professionals. This role is integral in managing client expectations facilitating policy reviews and negotiating and re-marketing with carriers.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee pre-renewal meetings and manage client expectations.
• Facilitate policy reviews make changes negotiate and re-market with carriers.
• Bind policies; the producer will close the deal and gather signatures.
• Manage a high volume of small business and small commercial accounts (Contractors Restaurants Hotels Retail etc.).
• Work primarily in-office with potential for hybrid work after training.
