Agile Lead

A company is looking for an Agile Lead (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Lead scrum ceremonies, facilitate problem-solving, and optimize team collaboration for effective work delivery

Plan and manage software releases for complex initiatives to ensure timely updates and benefits delivery

Define Agile maturity strategy, manage backlog, and establish success metrics for Agile practices

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or Equivalent

Over 6 to 10 years of substantial general work experience in the area of expertise

Over 3 to 6 years of managerial experience in planning and managing resources
