Multi-state design firm is seeking a Roadway Project Manager for their team in Colorado Springs!

Responsibilities :

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Track / monitor project progress to manage financial budget and schedule
• Manage complex contract negotiations
• Assemble / manage project teams
• Serve as primary contact for clients / team
• Manage change requests / implement strategies to minimize negative impacts on the project
• Review work to ensure high-quality work is performed
• Build / maintain client relationships
• Document all project deliverables / maintain project records (correspondence, design plans, and other related files)
• Mentor / train junior staff
• Ensure regulations are followed and enforce safety standards

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
