Senior Research Scientist

A company is looking for a Senior Research Scientist - Digital Biology.

Key Responsibilities

Developing, implementing, benchmarking, and accelerating multimodal models in digital biology and drug discovery

Creating large-scale training and inference methods for foundation models

Publishing original research and collaborating with external research leaders in the field

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computational Biology, Computer Science, or Mathematics

5+ years of relevant experience in digital biology model training and evaluation

Publication record in the computational biology domain

Experience with large-scale machine learning / AI systems and compute infrastructure

Proficiency in modern machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
