Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of clinical reporting and interoperability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team of engineers while managing technical direction and project milestones

Architect and implement FHIR data pipelines for report integrations and clinical workflows

Contribute hands-on to backend reporting pipelines and ensure quality through best practices in CI / CD and automated testing

Required Qualifications

3+ years of management experience leading engineering teams

4-6 years of professional experience in Python with a focus on backend development

Experience in system, serverless, and cloud architecture (AWS, k8s)

Familiarity with data exchange standards (preferably FHIR) and healthcare integrations

Background in life sciences or genetics is preferred
