The Associate Director of Digital Marketing Communications plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital communication strategies for Wharton External Affairs to support alumni engagement and philanthropy. This individual will manage email marketing campaigns and oversee digital marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with industry best practices and Wharton's brand standards. This role requires advanced expertise in email marketing platforms and marketing automation to develop, execute, and analyze impactful campaigns. The Associate Director will work closely with the Director of Communications and Creative Director to align email marketing strategies with determined engagement and fundraising goals surrounding the School's philanthropic priorities, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all communications deliverables. The Associate Director will also serve as a consultant and educator to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of excellence in digital marketing communications.

Pay Range $64,500.00 - $80,000.00 Annual Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
