Structural Welder – Build Bridges That Last. 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Contract to Hire | Shakopee, MN

Are you a skilled welder ready to take on challenging projects and grow into a leadership role? Join a team that fabricates massive steel bridges and values craftsmanship, precision, and grit. If you're ready to weld with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluxcore MIG welding on steel bridge components up to ½" thick.
• Read and interpret blueprints to complete full layouts and fabrication.
• Operate overhead and jib cranes, band saws, drill presses, stud welders, and grinders.
• Weld in awkward positions and navigate tight spaces under materials.
• Take a 3G vertical up weld test on 7 / 8" plate and achieve full penetration welds that pass X-ray inspection.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 / hr.
