Director of Producer Nutrition Services

We are working with an ag company that is seeking a  Director of Producer Nutrition Services in Iowa . The Director of Producer Nutrition Services is responsible for leading the feed division, with a focus on delivering nutrition solutions that support producer success. This role oversees feed sales, purchasing, marketing, and operations while driving growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service.

Relocation :

Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move to Iowa .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead feed sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory management with a focus on producer needs.

Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth and profitability.

Provide leadership and support to feed sales staff; recruit, train, and develop employees.

Ensure compliance with feed, transportation, and environmental regulations.

Build strong relationships with producers and deliver swine and livestock nutrition solutions.

Identify opportunities for expansion through new markets and services.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred.

Minimum 5 years in agriculture, with proven feed sales or feed management background.

Strong experience in swine feed and livestock nutrition .

Leadership and supervisory experience required.

Strong communication, customer service, and business planning skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; valid driver’s license

Compensation :  up to $175K base DOE + bonus potential
