Are you an Engineering Leader with NPI experience spanning Mechanical, Electrical, Hardware, and Software products? Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of a global manufacturer?

This great manufacturing company is going from strength to strength and now looking to bolster their engineering department.

The role would suit an experienced Project Manager or Director from a Manufacturing background looking to lead NPI projects.

The role :

• Lead cross-functional programs to bring new products (mechanical, electrical, hardware, software) from concept through stage-gate to market launch.
• Manage and mentor project / program managers, while aligning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of complex products, reporting directly to VP Engineering and CTO.
