Title : Product Director - Allylics / Aromatics

Location : Houston, TX

Salary : $178,000 - $225,000

Schedule : Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Relocation Available

Focus : The Product Director for Allylics and Aromatics is responsible for driving the P&L for Allyl Chlorine, Epichlorohydrin, Phenol and Acetone.

Product Director - Allylics / Aromatics Essential Job Functions :

• Supports the execution of marketing strategies, price management, and contract strategies by working closely with the sales account manager and business management team.
• Conducts constant market research to understand market trends and pricing direction, overseeing supply and demand to facilitate the business planning process, and coordination of the profit and loss forecasting.
• Collaborates closely with finance, planning, legal and sales team within Olin to maximize earnings, generate accurate sales forecast, and lead contract and price strategies.
• Drives operational improvements and fostering cooperation between customers, planning and manufacturing teams.
• Acts as primary interface between Epoxy business and manufacturing including productivity opportunities, maximizing the value of current and future sales agreements.
• Works in close alignment with the global marketing, sales and planning teams to set global customer strategies and maximize upstream asset profitability.
