Location : North-East Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate : $19– $22 / hour Employment Type : Full-Time Schedule : Monday–Friday | Work from home 1 day per week Dress Code : Casual

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Collections Representative to join their team in North- East Indianapolis. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, with experience in managing collections and working in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities to ensure timely payments from customers.
• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve outstanding balances.
• Utilize JD Edwards ERP system for account management and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
