As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
• Organize and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Assist in project management tasks, tracking progress and updating team members as necessary.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, to ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
