About the Role

Stark & Stark is actively recruiting a Commercial Litigation Associate for our Hamilton, NJ business practice. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-directed and detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for all phases of commercial litigation, with an emphasis in drafting pleadings, engaging in written discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions and handling trials.
