The Challenge

T2’s AI group is dedicated to developing innovative tools that enhance creativity and efficiency throughout the game development lifecycle. Our multi-disciplinary team—spanning Engineering, Data Science, Product, and more—builds cloud-based technologies that support everything from early concepting to LiveOps and publishing.

We are seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to help bring these tools to life. In this role, you'll design and build intuitive, high-impact web applications that improve workflows across the T2 ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with an extraordinary engineering team, contribute to full-stack development efforts, and help shape our team’s design culture—while exploring innovative AI integrations in production-ready tools.

What You’ll Take On

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using Svelte, with a strong focus on performance and UX.
• Translate product and marketing requirements into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry standard tools like Figma.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Svelte frontends and Python microservices, including REST APIs.
• Build assistive AI features into user-facing tools through integrations with both third-party and internally-developed REST APIs.
• Write and maintain reusable UI components and frontend libraries to support consistency and scalability across tools.
• Collaborate across disciplines to improve cross-service communication and improve tool usability.
• Contribute to frontend testing strategies (unit, integration, and e2e) to ensure reliable and maintainable codebases.

This position can be 100% remote from only the following states and Washington D.C. : WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, UT, AZ, MN, TX, IL, TN, OH, PA (not if address in Philadelphia), NY, MA, CT, RI, NJ, MD and FL.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $87,400 and $122,400 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and / or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including : medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
