Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone-based or electronic support for incident resolution to the university community
Deliver first-level technical support for various software applications and remote IT support
Maintain currency on advancements in supported applications and ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in computer science or a related field
A minimum of two years of technical experience in a computer-related customer support field
Experience in customer service
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
