Requirements :
Positive, friendly, courteous, and kind attitude with great customer service skills.Master knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC issues such as basic low voltage, refrigerant, communicating equipment faults, and airflow.A proven history of quality troubleshooting with 15 or more years of experience at an HVAC company.The position requires someone with 10 yrs+ of experience repairing or replacing residential HVAC systems.Clear understanding of duct work, zoning, and communicating systems.Evaluate overall system installations and identify any code-related, safety, or comfort issues.Be able to repair issues on the job the same day to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort.Coordinate with Install Supervisors, Install crews, and management.Be able to coach or train others.Residency within 35 miles of our Kennesaw office.Be willing to work occasional Saturdays.Be willing to attend training and classes.Experience with a smart device and technical ability. Service Titan experience is a plus!Excellent professional & personal references.Ability to pass a background, MVR, and drug screening, and to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and climb up and down a ladder on a regular basis. Standing for long periods of time, extensive kneeling, squatting, and stooping.Residency within 35 miles of any of our 4 locations.
