Lead HVAC Installation Technician

LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN : THE BASICS

Pay : The Lead Installer rate averages out to $57 - $64 / hour and includes up to $1500 sign-on bonus, dependent on experience .

This role is paid on a performance-based, piece-rate system . You'll earn a flat rate for each completed installation, with no cap on the number of installations you can complete in a day-your earning potential is directly tied to your productivity and efficiency. While some installations may take a full day, many can be completed in half a day. Some team members choose to finish their day after one install, while others opt to take on a second to increase their daily income. The flexibility allows you to take control of your schedule and maximize your earnings based on the time and effort you choose to invest.

Schedule : This is a full-time job. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , with overtime available. You'll start your day from home-no need to drive to an office first. Your route will be optimized so you can go straight to your job site.

YOUR DAY AS A LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you'll leave from your home in a company van and head to the job site. You'll install heating and cooling systems, read blueprints, and use the latest tools and equipment to get the job done right. You'll measure, cut, connect systems, and test your work to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll also talk with customers, explain what you're doing, and offer helpful service suggestions. With tools like an iPad, iPhone, and ServiceTitan software, your job will be organized and efficient.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
