Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value and remain engaged throughout their lifecycle. You'll drive product adoption, monitor customer health, and proactively mitigate churn risks. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to support renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within a SaaS company.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $91,000 - $169,000. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
