We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and execution-oriented Strategic Alliances Manager to lead our growing portfolio of distribution and technology partnerships. In this role, you'll be responsible not only for sourcing and evaluating new partners, but also for nurturing and expanding existing relationships to drive mutual value. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue, expanding market reach, and enhancing product capabilities through key external collaborations.
You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to align partnership efforts with company goals and ensure long-term success.
Your Tasks
Distribution Partnerships
- Identify, establish, and manage high-impact distribution partnerships (resellers, channel partners, platforms, marketplaces)
- Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to drive acquisition and growth
- Support partner enablement, including training, collateral, and joint marketing efforts
- Monitor partner performance, optimize partnership health, and proactively identify opportunities for growth
Technology Partnerships
Source, assess, and onboard strategic technology partners to strengthen our product and ecosystemManage the full lifecycle of tech partnerships-from initial exploration through launch and ongoing engagementCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize integrations that deliver measurable customer and business valueDeepen existing relationships through joint product roadmapping, co-marketing, and strategic alignment conversationsYou Bring
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environmentProven ability to build and nurture both distribution and technology partnershipsStrong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, and technology integrationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and negotiation abilities, with a bias for actionComfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day executionExperience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environmentBackground in tech, APIs, or software development lifecycle is a plusBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plusWhy join Usercentrics?
