What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, conditions, or hazards in and around the financial institution premises.

Collaborate with fellow Allied Universal personnel and site contacts to address security-related matters and promote a secure environment.

Maintain clear and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
