• SIGN ON BONUS : $2,000 ($500 at start, $500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months- must be in good standing for the 90 day and 6 month)

Salary Range : $60,000 - $65,000 annually.

Hours : 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm non traditional hours required at times

Work Model : Hybrid service delivery combining both virtual and in-person sessions. This flexible approach is designed to enhance accessibility for clients while supporting work-life balance for our therapists.

Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee, this position works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position works closely with youth, family, foster parents, and community partners, providing counseling or therapy, advocacy, and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.
