A company is looking for a Leave Administration Specialist to manage employee absence inquiries and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Process inquiries regarding leaves of absence and provide accurate service
Maintain compliance with leave policies and coach employees and managers on related processes
Assess and track FMLA claims while coordinating with relevant vendors and teams
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is highly desired
Four or more years of experience in absence management and customer service preferred
Knowledge of FMLA and state leave regulations is required
Advanced understanding of ADAAA processes and return-to-work best practices
Experience with HR / Payroll systems and Microsoft Office suite is desired
