The Manager, Visual Merchandising supports the execution of end-to-end presentation strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to scalable, customer-first solutions. This role ensures alignment across stakeholders and maintains strong connections with Visual Styling, Communications, and Training teams. You are an experienced visual merchandiser with a background in both stores and corporate environments. You champion executional excellence, create cohesive in-store experiences, and foster a culture of belonging. You will make an impact by

• Supporting the development and execution of strategies in partnership with the Senior Manager and Director.
• Translating strategic direction into actionable Visual Merchandising plans that enhance customer experience and support sales goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and distribute Visual Merchandising tools and resources for consistent execution.
• Assisting in the implementation of Visual Merchandising Operating Model / Ways of Working by coordinating with key partners.
• Managing day-to-day execution of Visual Merchandising programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Building strong relationships with cross-functional partners to support seamless execution and help navigate challenges.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
