Compensation

Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr

Role

Red Hat OpenShift Architect and Cloud Engineer (hybrid role bridging hands-on platform engineering with consultative architecture design and sales enablement) in professional services and pre-sales domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain OpenShift clusters across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, including performance tuning, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Lead platform migrations and infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Helm, GitOps, and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Collaborate with sales teams in pre-sales activities such as technical discovery, solution design, and proof of concept (PoC) delivery for enterprise clients.
• Architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) while advising clients on DevOps, microservices, and platform modernization strategies.
• Create technical documentation, mentor junior engineers, deliver client workshops, and coordinate with Red Hat and ecosystem partners to align delivery models.
