About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with experience  in cloud technologies, database management, and microservices architecture. This role involves designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting data pipelines, working with cloud-based data platforms, and managing large-scale production environments. You will also be responsible for on-call production support, including nights and weekends, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• System Reliability & Troubleshooting : Monitor system performance, analyze failures, and provide fast and accurate solutions.
• Production Support & Incident Resolution : Quickly identify and resolve production incidents, including implementing temporary workarounds and long-term fixes.
• On-Call & Weekend Support : Provide night and weekend on-call support to ensure uninterrupted system availability.
• Defect Analysis & Fixes : Collaborate with business architects, testers, and Tier 2 support teams to analyze defects and deploy rapid fixes.
• Scalability & Performance Optimization : Implement best practices for performance tuning, system stability, and cloud efficiency.
• Communication & Coordination : Keep team members, GL / PM, and stakeholders informed about critical issues and resolutions.
• Tool Development : Build automation tools to improve efficiency in production support and troubleshooting.
