Job Description

• This role is for the Gender Pathway Program

Responsibilities :

The Social Worker, LCSW reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

The Social Worker, LCSW is responsible for providing psychosocial counseling and intervention services to patients who request their services, or any patient referred by a provider. The social worker advocates for the patient and family and assists in outpatient continuity of care.
